Purchase Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any purchase you make from Pro-Skate.com you can return it to us. Before returning your purchase, we ask that you to read our RETURN POLICY.

RETURN POLICY

We will not authorize the return of any merchandise after 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the event that you need to return part of your order, please call for a Return Authorization number. No goods will be accepted without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the exterior packaging of the return.

Please ensure all packages being returned for refund or exchange are clearly marked "GOODS PURCHASED IN CANADA BEING RETURNED". We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Under no circumstances will we be able to accept a used item as a return.

All requests to return Custom altered skates or equipment are handled on an individual basis, and will require a Return Authorization number.

On all orders where free shipping is included, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. In the event of an exchange, the exchanged item will not have free shipping.

All returns must be shipped via ground and prepaid using the USA or Canada Post Office. Returns shipped by UPS or any other means may be refused. We do not pay for the shipping of a returned item.

Warranty

All warranty items must receive a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, (shipping to ProSkate, and also the return shipping from ProSkate). Packages without a RA number will NOT be accepted.

The basic warranty policy is to repair or replace at the manufacturer's discretion. The manufacturer's word is final on warranty decisions. As the manufacturer or local rep must decide what does and does not qualify for warranty. An item may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to verify or deny warranty. If the item is not deemed to be covered by warranty, the original item will be shipped back to the customer.

All merchandise purchased at pro-skate.com is shipped via U.P.S. or Federal Express

• UPS STANDARD: Guaranteed delivery by the scheduled day to every address in the 48 contiguous United States. Standard service offers Package Tracking and same-day proof of delivery.
• UPS or Fed Ex NEXT DAY: Guaranteed next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. Saturday delivery available. Next day shipping is from when the order is shipped. Rates will vary and tend to fluctuate with fuel costs.

UPS Standard shipments of a pair of skate into the U.S. are generally in the $22.00 to $30.00 CDN price range.

** Please note: Alaska and Hawaii do not have a ground service. You must refer to overnight pricing for these destinations. Express shipments are based on the size of the box, not the weight.
